Dr. Neethu Elsa Varghese has been working as a pedodontist at Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre Bahrain since October 2022. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery [BDS] from the K.S.R. Institute of Dental Science and Research, Thiruchengode, Tamil Nadu, in 2015 and did her Masters in Paediatric Dentistry [MDS] from Sri Siddhartha Dental College and Hospital, Tumkur, Karnataka, in 2019.

Prior to working at Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Center, she had previously worked at two dental clinics in Kerala.

She has extensive knowledge of paediatric dental care like preventive treatments, restorations, pulpectomy, pulpotomy, root canal therapy for children, lesion sterilization and tissue repair, pulp capping, stainless steel crowns, zirconia crowns, space maintainers, obturators for cleft patients, extraction of primary teeth, apexification, apexogenesis, oral habit-breaking appliances, management of mucocele, mesiodens, fenestration, operculectomy, and more.
